Lettuce with Oyster Sauce 蚝油拌生菜

Lettuce (shredded to desired size) 生菜(撕小片) | 500g |
Garlic (coarsely chopped) 蒜头(切粹) | 2 pieces |
Cooking oil 油 | 2 tbsp |
Salt 盐 | 1 tsp |
Water 水 | some |
Sauce 调味料 | QTY |
PRB Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce 珠江桥牌御品蚝油 | 2 tbsp |
Method:
- Heat oil in wok, stir fry garlic in the pan till golden brown, set aside.
- Boil water in a wok, add some salt and cooking oil, plunge lettuce into the boiling water for less than a minute. Drain the water and set lettuce on a plate.
- Top with oyster sauce and garlic with its oil, mix well.
- Serve.
做法:
- 热锅爆香蒜蓉,连油盛起。
- 放水,加适量油和盐,放生菜炒片刻后盛起,滤干。
- 生菜装盘后淋上蚝油和蒜蓉油,拌均即可。
