Lettuce with Oyster Sauce 蚝油拌生菜

Lettuce (shredded to desired size) 生菜(撕小片) 500g
Garlic (coarsely chopped) 蒜头(切粹) 2 pieces
Cooking oil 油 2 tbsp
Salt 盐 1 tsp
Water 水

PRB Premium Oyster Flavoured Sauce 

珠江桥牌御品蚝油

Method:

  1. Heat oil in wok, stir fry garlic in the pan till golden brown, set aside.
  2. Boil water in a wok, add some salt and cooking oil, plunge lettuce into the boiling water for less than a minute. Drain the water and set lettuce on a plate.
  3. Top with oyster sauce and garlic with its oil, mix well.
  4.  Serve.

做法:

  1. 热锅爆香蒜蓉,连油盛起。
  2. 放水,加适量油和盐,放生菜炒片刻后盛起,滤干。
  3. 生菜装盘后淋上蚝油和蒜蓉油,拌均即可。
