Lobster with Garlic in Stock 金银蒜上汤龙虾

Ingredients 材料 QTY
Lobster (cut into pieces) 龙虾                700g
Garlic (chopped) 蒜蓉 3 tbsp
Spring Onion (chopped) 葱花 1 tbsp

 

Sauces 调味料 QTY
PRB Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 珠江桥牌御品蚝油 1 tbsp
PRB 100% Sesame Oil 麻油 1/4 tsp
Stock 上汤 1 cup
Sugar 糖 2 tsp
Salt 盐

½ tsp

Pepper 胡椒粉 Some

 

Method:

  1. Dust 5tbsp potato starch onto lobster. Deep-fry until slightly golden. Drain.
  2. Saute half portion chopped garlic over mild heat until golden. Then add in the surplus chopped garlic.
  3. Put lobster back to wok. Splash wine on and cook for a while/
  4. Add in sauce and cook until done. Thicken with potato starch solution thinly. Sprinkle spring onion on for stir-frying.
  5.  Serve.
