Lobster with Garlic in Stock 金银蒜上汤龙虾

| Lobster (cut into pieces) 龙虾 | 700g |
| Garlic (chopped) 蒜蓉 | 3 tbsp |
| Spring Onion (chopped) 葱花 | 1 tbsp |
| Sauces 调味料 | QTY |
| PRB Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce 珠江桥牌御品蚝油 | 1 tbsp |
| PRB 100% Sesame Oil 麻油 | 1/4 tsp |
| Stock 上汤 | 1 cup |
| Sugar 糖 | 2 tsp |
| Salt 盐 | ½ tsp |
| Pepper 胡椒粉 | Some |
Method:
- Dust 5tbsp potato starch onto lobster. Deep-fry until slightly golden. Drain.
- Saute half portion chopped garlic over mild heat until golden. Then add in the surplus chopped garlic.
- Put lobster back to wok. Splash wine on and cook for a while/
- Add in sauce and cook until done. Thicken with potato starch solution thinly. Sprinkle spring onion on for stir-frying.
- Serve.
